Your Hosts
Adam and Sarah Louise are honoured to welcome and look after all of their wonderful guests, it’s their pleasure to ensure you have the best holiday experience. They both have a range of skills and experience to ensure that Cania Gorge Tourist Retreat is running well.
Adam has an extensive history in the hospitality accommodation and caravanning industry. Prior to moving to Cania Gorge Adam was the Business Development Coordinator for Gold Coast Tourist Parks for 18 years. He also serves as a current member of the Board of Directors for the Caravan Parks Association of Queensland and served as the President of the Brisbane/Gold Coast division for the association. Adam has also worked with the Caravan Industry Association of Australia developing new standards of practice within the industry and contributing to development of the National Caravan Park Accreditation Program.
Sarah Louise is a qualified accountant having extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. She worked for the Tweed Shire Council as a Management Accountant. For the past 20 years she has run her own bookkeeping business servicing a number and variety of businesses.
Adam and Sarah Louise have been together for 35 years and raised 5 energetic and exuberant boys, two of whom are still living at home. In 2022 they decided to leave the corporate lifestyle on the Gold Coast, looking for a tree change and an opportunity to reconnect as a family. They purchased the Cania Gorge Tourist Retreat in October 2022 and quickly fell in love with the park, Cania Gorge, the people of Monto and of course, all of their wonderful guests.
